What does this field mean?

During normal analyses we conduct many iterations to support the findings and recommendations we supply in our reports.  Typically to optimize a part for processing, you should leave this field set to zero and we will find the best conditions and gate location(s). 

Enter a number in this field if you would like specific gate locations in addition to, or to reflect the number of different materials (other than 1) you would like us to apply and run the analyses under.  This would be in addition to our optimization iterations.

Occasionally we have customers who only want to run a design check analysis to a choice of one or two gate locations.  If this is your intention, do not select the additional gate locations button, but rather state your intentions in the comments box at the bottom of our Insta-Quote form.  This method will generate the least expensive quote.

In order to not over complicate this quotation process, we have addressed the most common requirements in this form.  If your requirements are not easily selectable, please state your requirements in the comments box at the bottom of the form.
